What are the daily movement exercises you enjoy and nutritious food choices that help you stay fit?

Engagement in daily movement exercises like walking, yoga, cycling, strength training or jogging helps to boost our cardiovascular health, strengthen our muscles, and enhance flexibility. The choice of preparing nutritious food and staying hydrated also helps boost the immune system and provide energy to the body.

How can you effectively handle stress and give priority to your mental and spiritual well-being?

Self-care that enhances mental and spiritual wellness is an essential aspect of well-being. Daily stress management through practices, like exercise, engagement in hobbies, taking breaks, and getting sufficient sleep can help in enhancing focus and balance the mind. Meditation can help raise our consciousness from daily mental activity turning our attention inward to appreciate our humanity and ground us in our purpose.


There has to be a conscious effort in giving precedence to your well-being. Start by taking small steps on this journey of self-care by setting realistic goals. If you are just getting started - do a 5 minute meditation exercise in the morning, take short walks or incorporate some flowing movement exercises during the day, create time for relaxation and swap junk food for fresh fruits and vegetables and nutritious meals. It's these small steps that'll motivate you to take bigger steps towards your daily self-care lifestyle.
