The main nutritional component of egg is protein. One large egg can containup to 3.6 grams of protein. Egg white face masks can have a skin-tightening effect and absorb excess oil from the skin.


If you have Oily skin take the egg white, to which a drop of lemon juice or half a teasppon of honey can be added. For normal skin, use the entire egg. Apply the beaten egg, relax and wait 30 minutes, then rinse. You’ll love your new fresh face.
